MS46524B配置選件10,選件20,或選件43,為ShockLine系列帶來了從射頻到微波頻率的測量功能。這些頻率選件結(jié)合強(qiáng)大的ShockLine軟件,為無源器件測試提供了成本效益挑戰(zhàn)性的解決方案。
對于需要時域分析的應(yīng)用,選件2和選件22都可使用。選件2可使MS46524B提供實時的帶通和低通時域功能。低通時域具有試驗數(shù)據(jù)報告,能夠顯示隨距離或時間變化的實際阻抗。選件22使MS46524B具備基于文件的信號完整性(SI)工具,可調(diào)試SI問題和驗證電路模型。
MS46524B-010 VNA可添加附加選件。選件51和61,分別為源和接收機(jī)訪問環(huán)路和偏置節(jié)選件,給予自定義測試設(shè)置的靈活性。源和接收機(jī)訪問環(huán)路改善儀器的本底噪聲,降低接收機(jī)的壓縮點,允許具有高動態(tài)范圍的要求的DUT測試。偏置節(jié)為測試時需要直流偏置的器件測試提供直流電源接口。
MS46524B 系列采用 3U 機(jī)箱封裝,使用與 ShockLine 系列其他產(chǎn)品相同的 GUI、軟件、命令語法、驅(qū)動程序和編程環(huán)境。
